A) Institution’s responsibilities towards students
Our Institution is Committed to
- Provide quality Education through dynamic, participating teaching learning process, supplemented to experts lectures, educational tours and a well conceived plan for continuous monitoring of students progress.
- Need based education: With a number of add-on courses for enhanced knowledge and wider exposure.
- Value based education & Good citizenry: through sensitization to social issues by way of lectures, visits to Institutions for the socially distressed and other extensions activities.
- Holistic education: by providing opportunities to student to participate in myriad co-curricular and extra-curricular activities canted by various clubs & societies.
- Communicate its goals and objectives clearly to all students
- Offer programmes that are consistent with their goals and objectives
- Offer a wide range of programme with adequate academic flexibility
- Facilitate effective running of the teaching-learning programme
- Implement a well-conceived plan for monitoring student progress
- Ensure that the student assessment mechanism is reliable and valid
- Ensure sufficient and well-run support services to all students
- Provide clear information to students about admission and completion requirements for all programmes, the fee structure and refund policies, financial aid and student support services
B) Student’s responsibilities of learning
The students must resolve to
- Appreciate the institutional goals and objectives
- Contribute to the realization of goals and objectives by participating in relevant institutional activities
- Have a clear knowledge of the programmes, admission policies, rules and regulations of the institution
- Follow the time schedules, rules and regulations of the institution strictly
- Undertake regular and intense study of learning materials
- Make optimum use of the learning resources and other support services available in the institution
- Have faith and ability to pursue lifelong learning
- Exercise right to get the best from the Institution.
- Understand the spirit behind the guiding rules and regulations and observe them diligently.
- Give an honest feedback for system improvement.
- Make it a way of life to evaluate yourself continuously in academics & every other sphere and inculcate the spirit of lifelong learning.
- Strive to live as worthy alumni of the Institution & conscientious citizen of the society being aware of responsibilities as a good citizen & discharging duties towards the parents, teachers, friends and all those who have contributed to the growth and welfare.
