- To be recognized as a Minority Educational Institution par excellence having Secular Outlook, imparting Value Based Education to the youth, to mold them into Disciplined, Conscientious Citizens of Society who would contribute to the Social, Economic, and Cultural growth of the society

- To provide holistic academic programs and an inspiring learning environment
- To contribute to the personal, professional, and social growth of girl students belonging to the minority community

Weaknesses:
(i)Lack of Research work
(ii) No postgraduate courses are offered in the institution due to no NAAC accreditation

- New courses like like ECCED for primary school teachers or M.A education courses for job opportunities in the field of education apart from teaching as well as Integrated B. Com B.Ed. /BSc B.Ed./B.A B.Ed
Challenges:
- Changing external environment pose certain challenges to the Institution’s functioning and development
- Finance: Due to economic crisis in past few years there have been challenges in generating finance.
